Bounces around a lot more than other aircraft. I take a lot of flights and 787 flights always seem to be moving around a lot more. I've only been on one A350 so far, but it's much better than a 787. You can really feel that extra few cms. Personally for long haul travel I think the A380 is the best.

People bang on about how revolutionary it is. However compared to a lot of AirBus (and other planes) it feels very dated. Bounces around a lot more than other aircraft. B) Sometimes, conservative design is a better business decision - the A350's development costs were much lower than the 787's, and Boeing was taking a pretty good loss per airframe for a while. The A350 may have been less innovative but was a much better program from a business perspective. The G650 is a cash cow.

787 vs. A350 in Beijing. Tough choice! I've said it before and I'll say it again, the size of the pilot windows really masks how large these aircraft are for me. Especially the 787. It's proportions are good enough that I could tell you it's the size of a 737 because of the windows.

A350. Even I am a "If it aint Boeing I am not going" guy, I have to admit that the A350 is nicer looking jet. The wings on 787 are just weird. Really depends on the angle of the shot I guess. A350 is also more capable aircraft. Hence the $60M price difference...

A350 is a lot more quiet and has better IFE. Also if you are in Y, QRs 787 have a very cramped 3-3-3 seating arrangement. The A350 cabin was more comfortable.
