Sep 03, 2018 · IMHO, if you fly into turbulence of a certain violence, the type of plane you are in has little importance, at least between aircraft of roughly comparable size! 787 and 350 are very comparable, I would be surprised by any conclusive evidence that one is better than the other in the same conditions!

If I remember correctly the 787 has a turbulence dampening system in it, not sure if the 350 has the same but how do these two planes handle ...
