Hi Guys, is it possible to run 2 instances of AdGuard Home on different PC's on the network for redundancy? I Can use the 2 DNS addresses in the router.
is there a workaround for FritzBox routers to transmit the client information to a RPi with Adguard Home? I have applied Adguard as local DNS for the whole network. That is why the system only reads 192.168.178.1 (and its IPv6) in the clients field of the web interface.
14.10.2021 · AdGuard Home is a network-wide software for blocking ads & tracking. After you set it up, it’ll cover ALL your home devices, and you don’t need any client-side software for that. It operates as a DNS server that re-routes tracking domains to a “black hole”, thus preventing your devices from connecting to those servers.
With running AdGuard Home, you control what block lists are installed, who can connect and how, what upstreams are used, and how it all fits together. If something doesn't work, you get to fix it exactly how you like (eg whitelisting).

The username could be something simple as admin. It is just to secure your login to the gui. It is the username and password you created in the ssh terminal.
