25.04.2015 · Adobe Acrobat Reader DC has stopped working. Windows is checking for a solution to the problem and then it says A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available. The program was working fine last week so its only been happened recently.

It occurs with local files and files from a file server. The error can be minimized and the user can still work with the program.

The program never closes and I have to hit close program to exit. I am running Windows 10 and until recently did not have this problem.
Do you have the latest updates to Reader installed? The current version is 10.1.1. ... If not on the latest, you can update using Help->Check for updates and see ...
