I have used this to activate Photoshop, premiere pro and after effect. All work perfectly and there is no need to disable your antivirus or internet connection.

What is Adobe Creative Suite do? Maybe that's a stupid question but I literally only use my computer for music and reddit.

With Adobe subscriptions, the contract terms state you must pay 50% of the remaining balance in order to cancel your subscription. Well isn't that wonderful. I am now locked into a contract at nearly twice the rate I originally agreed to, and now I am bound by the same 50% remaining cancellation fee.

I wanted to try out a creative cloud subscription for Photoshop, and for Fireworks.

Unfortunately Adobe is all about their cloud now and has ended sales of their perpetual licenses. The RCCS only sells the Creative Cloud for $239/yr. Which, according to Adobe's student pricing terms is only good for one year, and then you need to start paying full price (currently $359/yr).

Adobe finally seems to have learnt from it's mistakes which is really bad for us. The amtlib.dll & snr patch methods no longer work. I've heard of a xml file editing method which I have not tried myself but my dad's friend claimed he's been using Premiere Pro like this for 2-3yrs now.
