The Fresh Tomato interface isn't that bad. I suppose you could try to flash it as-is, but be prepared to erase the NVRAM and start from scratch. I did have problems with Chrome caching stuff (I guess) when moving from Advanced Tomato to Fresh Tomato. Try IE or something else.
