It’s not a major issue, more of curiosity of how you’d raise service requests in future without a proper serial number. It’s so weird they send all the components separately. They included all the size ear tips as that came with the original retail package but also included an extra set of medium tips in addition to the ones that were already on the AirPods themselves.
