That's the base money everyone can earn. At some point you should be gaining at least 20 silver per focus point or 6M/month more that enough to buy premium. I won't tell you exactly how to doing but how to start. The problem is if you don't have premium you don't generate focus so you don't earn silver that you need to buy premium.
Around ~2,600,000 for 30 days. The silver cost is always changing, while the gold cost remains fixed. Click the premium icon in the top right of the game for up to date info. For further reference once you are established its probably about 3-4 hrs worth of play time.
