So, the nerf to 1h dagger healing was supposed to decrease it's sustain to prevent people from being able to do solo 5v5 Hellgates or group dungeons. The solution was to reduce the healing receives in PvE from 100% of the damage felt to 35% of the damage felt... What went live on the server is different.
