If the resend confirmation email says it is already verified, then it is already activated. You must be using different email addresses between the two. Keep in mind albion accounts are literally what you type.

Sometimes, our account confirmation emails, which you need to use in order to fully "activate" your account and use our website properly, go astray. Email is not instant! There are all kinds of situations that can delay delivery. Still, if it's not in a spam folder and it didn't arrive within 5 minutes or so, emailing support is the right suggestion.
