Sometimes, our account confirmation emails, which you need to use in order to fully "activate" your account and use our website properly, go astray. If you've just tried registering an account and haven't received your account confirmation email, the first thing we ask is that you check your Other/Spam folder (sorry, we have to ask this - you'd be surprised how often this is the solution!).

Keep in mind albion accounts are literally what you type. So if your email is abc.123@gmail and abc123@gmail, even though those are the same to gmail, they arent to albion.

Email is not instant! There are all kinds of situations that can delay delivery. Still, if it's not in a spam folder and it didn't arrive within 5 minutes or so, emailing support is the right suggestion.
