T4 items cost 1 nutrition per object on refining, and equal nutrition on a crafted item (e.g. a T4 hide requires 1 T3 leather, and 2 T4 hides, will cost 1 nutrition to make). A T4 leather chest costs 16 T4 leather to make, and also 16 nutrition.
