if you solo stand on empty outpost and capture it u get like 10-30 faction points. if you kill the lord and do it you get like 1400. however I believe there partial exploit i seen people doing a bridgewatc/caerl/martlock where standing around at empty outpost watching each other capture it. maybe if it cycles 2 factions you get more for the empty cap but without it, it's like 10-30 …
