No quests. I was waiting for the typical MMORPG – “Kill 40 Skeletons and Collect 30 Skulls”. But there are no quests in Albion Online.

World Map, Albion Online After you create your character, you will begin in a random starter town. That means that you can’t know which major city is going to be the closest to you, so if you are aiming for a certain one, be prepared for a longer and more dangerous trip, or you could also remake the character till you “get it”, which is kinda lame.

Tip for new players - there IS a quest line. Hey guys in case you missed it - there is an actual quest line. After the first ever zone tells you to leave it and go to the city - when you enter the said city - go to the royal looking dude (looks like paper on the mini map). He will give you a quest line. I had totally missed this on my beta play.

Aug 10, 2014 · There is not traditional questing in Albion Online (go to npc A, get quest, do task B, return to npc A) , but there is the Destiny Board, a cross between an achievement board and a skill tree. A quest system is important in my opinion. Especially a newbie quest or something that drive you in the first steps in game.
