There really is no weapon tier list as all weapons have different uses and are good in their own right. Also I just don't think anyone has ever made one. With sword builds I think the two most popular are clarent blade and galatine pair though I can't recall the builds. Claymore is used a decent amount for ganking and solo play as well.

A lot of people wanted a tier list to help decide their weapon choice come launch. Galahad in my opinion is the most balanced the weapons have been so pretty much everything is viable though there are definitely some strong choices for certain areas.
