Jan 15, 2018 · Under App > Diagnose is the only place WAN IPv6 is exposed. There is no clarity whether AmpliFi DHCP6 is requesting a single IPv6 address, a /64 or a /60. Diagnose screen just shows a single address. If you check "Allow incoming IPv6" in the web management, it seems like this grants full exposure.

Dec 14, 2018 · If the device wants to allow an incoming connection it either makes the initial call or a port is opened in its local firewall. Guess what? The same thing happens when you use IPv6 except that the router doesn’t have to do all of those NAT calculations.

The server uses the accept() API to accept an incoming connection request. The accept() call blocks indefinitely, waiting for the incoming connection to arrive from an IPv4 or IPv6 client.
