4 days hiking in Santa Fe. I'm visiting for 4 days, camping near Jemez Falls. I've read plenty of hiking app trail reviews but would love to hear from anyone with experience hiking in and around Santa Fe area. What's a must, overrated, etc. My itinerary so far consists of Nambe lake, Bandelier, tent rocks, Diablo canyon.

Susha Dore reviewed Picacho Peak Trail. October 25, 2021. Hiking. Fun, well marked and maintained. First half of ascent north facing so it was nice & shady. Saw 19 hikers & 2 mtn bikers on a Monday in late October. Close to Santa Fe, so could hear light city noise the second half of the ascent which is why it’s 4 stars n not 5.
