Legit Ordered reluctantly from alpinstore.com since I didn't find a local store that had the item I wanted. Was surprised when my order was at my door in the United States in 4 days.

Alpinstore refuse return & bad support I ordered 5 items. 4 items shipped within a week, one item took forever. Worse than that: the website did not let me return items, because it said my order had not been fully shipped (I was still waiting for one item).

We found that the domain for this business is older than two years which could be an indication that this is a trustworthy business with an established customer ...

Do not order from this site it is a scam. They don't have any products but receive your order and when they are not able to procure the products they can make a profit on they simply cancel your order. It is impossible to get in contact with them by phone and it took me one month to get in contact with them by e-mail.

Warning do not buy anything from AlpinStore.com. I paid AlpinStore $147.00 and did not receive what I ordered and the cost to return is about the cost of the shoes. I will have to donate the shoes and eat the $147.00 but I will never buy from AlpinStore.com and I pray you don’t make the same mistake I did by purchasing from AlpinStore.com.

The material , the sewing, the shoes are not even symetric, and the glue is visible all over te shoe! Additionally, they delivered the shoes 1,5 month after I have ordered (Form Estonia to Lithuania)! From the tracking service it was obvious that they only shipped the shoes after one month since ordering. The customer service is terrible.

1) It took 2 months to arrive, 2) There was a £95 custom charge on a 200 euro jacket. Over 50% additional charge on value of goods. 3) No one ever answers the landline for this business (over 50 attempted calls) which means any resolutions are via a customer service email.
