Try change the file at anaconda3\Lib\site-packages\anaconda_navigator\api\conda_api.py at line 1364 from data = yaml.load (f) to data = yaml.safeload (f) This solution also works for Ubuntu 18.04.

I had the same issue. You are good to go after creating the opt directory. From your home directory type: sudo mkdir /opt.

Aug 05, 2021 · I just installed anaconda today, even though everything is working out from the command line, the navigator seems to be stuck on loading infinitely and does'nt load anything up.
