Nov 06, 2018 · Dr. Xin Su is Editorial Manager and first Editor of Angewandte Chemie based in Shanghai, China. Angewandte is the flagship journal of the GDCh (German Chemical Society) and one of the most renowned chemistry journals in the world. It is the first time that there is an Angewandte editor based outside of Germany.

The Angewandte Chemie Council was established by the Board of the German Chemical Society (GDCh) in autumn 2020 to oversee the operational success and strategic development of the journal. Strategic decisions are made by the four voting members of the Council.
