I know Apple "quietly" opened up more pay plans for Apple Music. I am currently on a family monthly plan at $14.99 a month. I see there is an annual plan now for individuals at $99.00 a year, however I don't see an option for a family annual plan membership option. I've only been able to locate these other plan options in iTunes.
