06.07.2020 · I have the same issue. I only have two sonos ones. On all controllers (mac / ipad / iphone) I only see the same subset of the albums in my apple music library. In the Sonos app I see 84 albums, while I have 630 albums in my apple music library. Two strange thing: The albums are showing when I go from apple music → My Music → Artist.

Hi @Troesterj . Welcome to the Sonos Community! Ever since iTunes changed it’s name to Apple Music, the XML file has no longer been utilised. We still need it to import playlists, however, so now, when no such file exists, the Sonos app will create it from the Apple Music database (now stored elsewhere) prior to the speakers scanning the folder.

Music downloaded from Apple Music contains DRM protection and can't be played by Sonos. You can stream that music from Apple Music to Sonos though. Any music purchased through iTunes should be playable on Sonos though. If you download that music to your phone's storage it should show up in the menu area for this iPhone in the Sonos app.
