They hired developers for Windows but never mentioned anything specific about Apple Music. They have had plenty of time to release something, even a beta of Apple Music for Windows but nothing has even been hinted. I just started to accept that they probably have no plans to bring it to Windows as a native app.

Yeah I wonder if Apple is pissed about this at all.
