25.12.2019 · That's an error introduced by numpy 1.18 that was released two days ago. They moved an interface to a different location without deprecating the old name. In your case, python found your project module `random` instead of a standard python module with the same name - that's why you got this error message. You need to rename your project file "random.py" to something else.
