Anecdotal at best, but I absolutely adore Wild Nature Staff for expeditions. But I think Great Nature staff would be better for things like Hellrifts. Wild Nature Staff's 3rd ability is a AoE HoT ground-targeted circle, so for PvE Expeditions where your party isn't running around a lot it can push out a HUGE amount of healing.

27.07.2017 · One handed healing only beats out the two handed holy staff once you can get the eye of secrets as well as the lvl 70 ability I think its called sacred touch.
