Also Florida psych applicant. From what I know: UM is heavy workload. USF is VA heavy so you need to like that population but residents are pretty happy. Aventura is a newer HCA program and still establishing their outpatient and elective years. Psych fellowships have high unmatch rates so matching into child shouldn't be a problem.
