In first stage, the connection seemed to be "fine" as the device name of the headset (configured through the Bose app) appeared under Win10 device manager.

Hi everyone, I own Bose QC35 II Bluetooth headphones. They were "Paired" but not "Connected" or recognised as a audio device.

06.07.2020 · I have the same issues with this post but the solution is not working for me. I can hear audio fine but Windows is not recognising the QC 35 II microphone so I can't use them for video conferences. I'm running Windows 1909. I've run Bose update and everything is up to date.

While convenient, the headphones may sometimes switch to the wrong device—even when it’s not playing anything.

QC 35 I & II. I just bought these... I got them to pair fine with my phone. But I tried pairing them with my laptop, and the device "LE-Bose QC35 II" showed up, but it's under "other devices", not audio. It's paired with my laptop but it doesn't show up as a playback device option. The sound is still coming from the laptop speakers.
