On Win 10. Do a windows search. WIN + S, type "Control Panel". (Opens control panel) Under the Heading "Hardware and Sound" click "View devices and Printers" Find the icon for the headphones. (Bose QC35 II) Right-click the icon and choose: "properties". Select the "Services" tab. Uncheck the option "Hands-free Telephony". Click "OK".

My QC35's microphone can't seem to be detected by Windows 10. I'm not sure why, but I've looked in the sound settings and I can't on the recording tab the QC35s do not appear. Also, when I connect via Bluetooth it just says "Connected music."
