SoundTouch Portable won't turn on. New battery. I recently purchased a non-working SoundTouch portable. The seller thought it was just the battery, but that does not seem to be the case. I have tried hard resets but am not having any luck. Bose Support has stated they can fix it for me for $99 if I send it to them.

I connected it to my iPhone X, and whenever I press the “Bluetooth/Aux” button on my Soundtouch, it searches for and mechanically connects to my telephone.
