"The update will roll out in phases and you may not receive the update until 25th February," Bose said in a statement posted in a support forum.

Yes Bose offered to update the firmware and give it a tune up for free at a Bose service center. But first try deleting all the sound touch apps from every device then install only onto one device and then start the update. I found this worked on my other speakers.
