Director. Ron Cami was appointed as Waypoint’s General Counsel and as a Member of its Board of Directors in June 2018. He joined the group from Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP, where he was a partner in its Corporate Department in Northern California and New York, leading the firm’s private equity practice.

Dr. Leiden was a Managing Director at Clarus Ventures, a life sciences venture capital firm, from 2006 through January 2012. Dr. Leiden was President and Chief Operating Officer of Abbott Laboratories, Pharmaceuticals Products Group, and a member of the Board of Directors of Abbott Laboratories from 2001 to 2006.
