Jan 11, 2018 · The problem is that when my users recieve an email with an attachment, and try to forward it, it will not attach to the new email. They have to manually attach it to the email, even though they are forwarding it. So they have to open the email, save the attachment, then click forward, and reattach the attachment. They are using Office 2016.

I believe the issue is when YOU RECEIVE an email with an attachment already in it and then FORWARD it to someone else, it doesn't work. If you build the attachments yourself within the Photo app, camera roll, etc. it works fine. It's when forwarding an email that already has an attachment.

This does not occur when I forward any other email with an attachment or if I send a photo from my phones outlook app. The short term solution is that I send photos from my iPhone outlook app.
