Dec 11, 2009 · I am not able to download MSN Messenger. It goes to a page that says "Internet Explorer cannot display this page". When you hit the "diagnose connection problems" button this message comes up- The Remote Device or resource won't accept the connection. Does anyone have any suggestions how I can fix this problem & download this program?
