My IP 192.168.1.14 and OS Windows 10 pro. Firewall and anti virus both are turn off and Turn on file sharing also has been turn on.

Otherwise check any firewall and other ACL's as suggested above. Even though you have established a tunnel between your remote computer and your router, you may still need to create the necessary access rules to allow connectivity. A universal ping rule might be why you can ping but not connect. Just some thoughts.
