My IP 192.168.1.14 and OS Windows 10 pro. Firewall and anti virus both are turn off and Turn on file sharing also has been turn on.

12.06.2017 · I can ping the missing PCs on the network from the machines that will not show those same PCs in Windows File Explorer. So the PCs are reachable, but they are not showing in Windows File Explorer. I just upgraded all PCs to Windows 10 Pro build 1703 (Creator's update) to make sure all were on the same build of Windows 10. No change.

Otherwise check any firewall and other ACL's as suggested above. Even though you have established a tunnel between your remote computer and your router, you may still need to create the necessary access rules to allow connectivity. A universal ping rule might be why you can ping but not connect. Just some thoughts.

ICMP/Ping and shared drives have different access rules and settings on a host. By testing ICMP/Ping and getting a response from the host, you're only verifying the computer is responding to network calls (through the ICMP protocol). Now check your shared folder settings since these might not be setup properly.
