Today, I can ping it by IP address and by FQDN. If I use the vsphere client to connect to the ESX host its running on I can see it running, and I can look at it via the console. Ive verified the IP addresses.

With ESXi everything is fine, they correctly reconnected to Vcenter but when I change IP on vCenter I cannot log in to it using vSphere Client(message: Cannot complete login due to incorrect login or password).
