I am having the same problem. It's grayed out. It's the reason I paid for it, and it don't work.

I have the CCleaner professional and when i "make my computer feel better" the last box on the right states "Security - can`t reach server"

May 02, 2020 · Health Check used to give that message in error if it found that there was no software to update for apps that you had installed. It was reaching the server and checking, but just showing the wrong message if there was nothing to update. If you haven't already then update your CCleaner to the latest version where that message error has been fixed.

I am using a desktop computer and I tried reloading CCleaner, restart the computer. I still get the same results.

Oct 20, 2019 · When the seperate tool Software Updater reports that your applications are up to date HC instead wrongly says 'Unable to reach the server'. When there is an application to update Software Updater says so, and so does HC - So HC is obviously able to reach the server to check but is giving the wrong message if nothing is found.
