Celebrity Cruises Customer Service Is Terrible. When I thought it couldn't get any worse Celebrity Cruises has taken it even lower. I waited on hold for 2 hours and 51 minutes to book a cruise before I gave up. Debating if I want to even deal with Celebrity anymore. Love their cruises but is it worth it? I dread calling them for anything.
