And with 112 threads, it's only slightly faster than with 56 threads, and there is no reason to use more than 56 threads.

arm build is still very experimental, and there are known issues there. So I guess if we will start pushing it as the official one we will have a lot of complaints... But maybe it can be pushed as testing-arm. BTW - i (manually) created a build last week: you can pick it from altinity/clickhouse-server:21.4.1.6307-testing-arm

Ask Altinity via one of the support channels to enable Graviton instances for the account.
