05.10.2019 · The Smith Center, built in 1916, is a beauty. It has an outdoor observation deck which we did not go up to. It’s cold. Somehow that fact is really diminishing my enjoyment of this city. This city is grey even on sunny days! It has earned its reputation as the Suicide Capital of the world.
