is because cloudflare is letterly crap. they are deliberately blocking any chrome, ... if the site thinks you may be a bot, after that the page will load.

Example all face similar issue, where It only loads for 10-15 minutes after flushing connection pool through chrome internals page. (all along same location, same user no issues with any other browser). Only occuring when behind CloudFlare.
