CPU load on backup copy system ( windows server 2008) is around 60%, Disk I/O on system, is quit low. between 0 / 10 MB/sec. System is able to serve much more disk I/O.

Then if you have the need to create like a Synthetic full backup every 3 days or every weekend, consider using the Veeam backup copy feature to copy the backup to another folder on the same NAS (although another NAS would be preferred).

The job wasn't "stuck", it's creating a synthetic full backup. Why it's doing that I don't know, those are only scheduled for Saturdays.
