If you did that, anything that came online on the network would ask for a DHCP address, and BOTH your DC and 'guest' DHCP server would reply. This would be for a device on a network which does not use DHCP which does not have an IP address as yet. For example I have a network 192.168.1.0/24, I set 192.168.1.0 as the default gateway. pfsense accepts it but as the route is invalid it will not be used by the client.
