Load Discord and press Control + Shift + I to load the Dev Tools menu. Select the Network tab and then check the Disable Cache option. Apply the changes, and press Control + R to reload Discord. Same issue here, updated video drivers to no avail. Also dumped the appdata files and did a fresh install to have the same problem with the fresh install.
