You could choose 1.1.1.24 if you wanted no politics or racism, but were OK with advertising and porn. 1.1.1.X where X is: (1) = 0000 0001 - Regular DNS. (2) = 0000 0010- No advertising. (4) = 0000 0100 - No adult content.
