So yeah, since your edgerouter's name server is 127.0.0.1, your router is forwarding the DNS from its loopback address to your DHCP clients. Also keep note of this, since your loopback address isn't bound to any interface, your DNS for the edgerouter will never pick up the google DNSes that you set on your eth2 and eth3 interfaces.

The interfaces you want to list are the INTERNAL ones. Don't put your PPPoE interface because that's your WAN and you don't want it to listen as a DNS server.
