Errors were encountered while processing: libpaper1:amd64 libpaper-utils unattended-upgrades libgs9:amd64 ghostscript Then I ran dpkg --configure -a and see the same errors. I want to be careful and not hose my system, but how can I fix these errors?
When I try and run sudo apt-get upgrade I get the following error: Reading package lists... Done Building dependency tree Reading state information... Done Calculating upgrade... Fixing the Dreaded “Errors were encountered while processing” Errors For the past week or two, every time I installed new software into Ubuntu, I was greeted with the “Errors were encountered while processing:” blah, blah, blah speech.
16.08.2020 · While by default nested-virtualisation is not allowed, but can be changed within a setting file. But after enabling the system it felt like the NAS system wasn't running that stable anymore, so i disabled again.
20.08.2020 · The first method you can try is to reconfigure the package database. Probably the database got corrupted while installing a package. Reconfiguring often fixes the problem. sudo dpkg --configure -a. Method 2: Use force install. If a package installation was interrupted previously, you may try to do a force install.
