28.06.2016 · I have recently tried download Horizon to my computer. It finishes its download, but when I go to load it, it says “Failed to Connect to Server”. I’m not sure how to fix this problem, anybody have some suggestions? P.S-I don’t have avast security.
Jan 06, 2018 · When connecting with Google Chrome to VMware Horizon HTML Access via the UAG (Unified Access Gateway), an error pops up after pressing the button saying “Failed to connected to the connection server”. The Problem: This error pops up ONLY when using Chrome, and ONLY when connecting through the UAG.
Jun 28, 2016 · In no way would it interfere with Horizon connecting to the server. It could be Windows firewall or the AV that you do have, if you have one. Try making an exception in them for Horizon, or temporarily disabling them while you use Horizon. Try that and see if it fixes the issue. DiamondM0dder July 10, 2016, 8:20pm #5.
Connect to a Server in Workspace ONE Mode A Horizon administrator can enable Workspace ONE mode on a Connection Server instance. When Workspace ONE mode is enabled, you can connect to the server only through the Workspace ONE Web Portal. You are redirected to the Workspace ONE Web Portal when you try to connect to the server through HTML Access.
06.01.2018 · Greig, we fixed the issue with Azure MFA and UAG and the “Failed to connect to connection server.” We resolved the issue by removing the “Display a Pre-Login Message” from our connection servers and only have it enabled the UAG servers. This setting can be found under “Global Settings” from the Horizon Connection server.

May 08, 2012 · Most problems with Horizon are due to Avast!, install AVG or Norton ETC. Also, if you haven’t done so yet, disable real-time protection… that should work, although you have to do it every time you use Horizon.
