If I boot to a command prompt, I can access all the files on the storage pools, but if I boot into Windows Server 2012 R2, the pool shows read only. When I use the command shown in the post above, I get "Permission Denied."

Since the Hyper-V hosts are on another subnet, it didn't have correct opening to the QNAP storage. I had to open up in the firewall on ports tcp/udp 137-139 and tcp 445 to the QNAP storage, and it worked flawless.
