20.01.2017 · Updating the datasource settings in the background while the grafana session is still active wont reload the settings. So to avoid this you need to reload the dashboard after updating the database name. Its a tricky bug to get ride of since we dont want to query grafana for datasource settings everytime we send a request to the tsdb.

11.07.2021 · I connected to the db (..\grafana\data\grafana.db) via ui, I saw zero in the uid column of the most recently added data source. Normally it should have written id number in uid column. After updating the id column from the database, I can add a record.
