I'd prefer Fedora because it has newer packages generally, and a faster release cycle. I like new and shiny things. The downside with that though is, it's more hands on.

One is Ubuntu based, one is Fedora based. Pros and cons are hard to nail down since they're so subjective. For me personally: I like dnf better than apt, it's faster, I don't need to use a different command to search vs install packages, the syntax is more straightforward and intuitive for my way of thinking.
