Out of the box with no changes, duckduckgo. If you're willing to put time into customizing, Firefox wins easily. That being said I don't personally trust duckduckgo yet as I haven't done research on it beyond knowing its in the usa and the search engine is better then using google.

Firefox Focus isn't even advertised on mozilla.org anymore as one of their products and there was 5 months between the latest update on iOS.
